‘Welcome to the connected world of Nedap’ campaign launched at Light+Building

Nedap will officially launch its ‘Welcome to the connected world of Nedap’ campaign at this year’s Light + Building event in Frankfurt am Main. As part of the campaign, the company will reveal a range of new features for its Luxon connected light management platform. Nedap will also present its proven project methodology and its opportunities for the lighting market. Light + Building will take place between 18th and 23rd March.

New features

One of the new features that will be presented at Light + Building is the Luxon Emergency Lighting Module, which can make it easier for companies to comply with safety regulations while at the same time contributing to the reduction of a building’s operating costs. Also new is the Luxon Switch App, which enables users to adjust lighting to their needs quickly and easily. It provides maximum flexibility in the exceptional case that a user needs to deviate from pre-configured lighting behaviour. Nedap has enhanced the Luxon reporting features, which summarises luminaire data and gives insights into the contributions of individual control strategies towards total savings.

Roll-out methodology

Stefan Bernards - Proposition Manager Light Controls at Nedap: “It is our goal to add value to end-customers, but also to our advisory and sales partners, and to let them experience the advantages of connected lighting. In order to successfully carry out large projects worldwide, we need professional and dedicated partners. We’re looking forward to discussing our roll-out methodology, designed to successfully implement major roll-out schedules and serve multi-location clients. Furthermore, Light + Building is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how our connected systems can help lighting vendors explore new business models.”
